Membership

This shows your past and present Memberships

This shows the Automatic renewal status of your Subscription to the corresponding membership and the payment terms of that subscription.

  • Enabled : Your Subscription to the membership will Automatically renew at the end of your billing period. 
  • Stopped: Your Subscription Automatic renewal has been cancelled. Your membership will stay active until the end of the current billing period, but it will not renew.

This shows whether your subscription is Active or Not.

  • Yes: You have access to the Membership Content
  • No: You no longer have access to this membership. You will need to sign up again.
Q: Why is my Subscription showing as NOT ACTIVE?: The most common problem is a failed payment due to insufficient funds or an expired card and the billing period lapsing.
You can sign up again from our Plans page or by clicking the Subscribe/Renew button in the last column, if they are visible.

Your current credit card’s expiry date. To update it use the “update” link in the next column.

Here you will see some available actions. Not all of these will be visible.

  • Update: Use this link to update your payment method (eg. Update a Credit card number/expiry date). This option will not show if your Subscription is not Active.
  • Change Plan: Use this to Change to another plan eg. upgrade from Monthly to Annual Plan to gain access to all the benefits of the Annual Plan. 
  • Cancel: Use this to Cancel the Automatic renewal of your plan. Your membership will stay Active until the end of the current billing period. This option will only show if you have an Active, Automatically recurring Subscription.
  • Subscribe/Renew: Use this link to sign up to a previously held Membership subscription plan.

  • Complete: Payment complete.
  • Pending: The payment is pending.
  • Failed: The payment failed. You may have insufficient funds or your card may have expired.
